Just what I was looking for to use with a rolling cart which only has a top surface and very low bottom shelf. The cart is adjacent to my computer desk and I can now store copy paper, file folders, clip board and small books in the hanging shelves without having to bend down to retrieve them from the bottom shelf. I can still use the top of the cart. The underside of the top of the cart is ribbed but there was no problem securing the unit. The product is sturdy, no sharp edges, well made and was not bent in shipping.
