<p>This item is not as decribed. It's not heavy duty! The quality does not match the price. I feel the price has doubled the quality. The casters are chincy they slide more than they roll. The rack it self went together poorly. Some of the holes didn't line up well causing it to be twisted teetering on two wheels settling on three not four. The wire rack slots are too small for 4" tubes. Front to back the opening is 4 1/4" on a slant side to side the opening is on 3 7/8" wide. A 4" tube will no fit.</p>
